A peer-led healing space for late-diagnosed neurodivergent adults.
Peer-led means exactly that: built by someone who's lived it, not studied it from the outside. Healing doesn't mean fixing something broken. It means learning to live in a way that actually makes sense for who you are, instead of who you learned to perform.
This isn't therapy and it isn't a replacement for professional care. It's company. The kind that doesn't ask you to explain yourself first.
where to go from here..
the letters
This is where I write it out in full. Not the quote, the whole thing underneath it.
laNDing
For the moment when everything is too loud and your body has already decided you are in danger. Name what's happening. Follow it one step at a time. Let it walk you back down.
fouND
You found your way here. Now find your people. A private room for conversation, connection, and the kind of company that doesn't require an explanation. I'm in there too, not above it.
the shop
For anyone who wants more than a screenshot. Cards and prints, in my handwriting, made to carry into real life or hand to someone who could use them. If you want to wear this and support what I'm building, that's here too.
say hello
Write to me directly.
No performance required. Say as much or as little as you want.
If you're in crisis right now, this form isn't built to reach someone fast enough. In the US, call or text 988, or text HOME to 741741. If you're outside the US, findahelpline.com lists a line in your country.
how to support this
The biggest help costs nothing. Tell someone you know who might need a place like this.
If you'd rather support it directly, there's a way to do that here.
